Giving Wellness is a community wellness platform created by Precision Training Concepts in Central PA and across the US. It combines personal health coaching with charitable giving to help people build lasting healthy habits.
The program runs for eight weeks and includes daily check-ins, fitness guidance, nutrition tracking, and wellness counseling. But here’s what makes it special: each enrollment supports a trusted non-profit partner of your choice, connecting your team’s wellness journey to a cause that matters — to them and to you. Also each enrollment provides resources to supply weekend meals for children supporting trusted local charities. Giving Wellness, LLC, is an on-line healthy habits platform chosen by Harrisburg University as their exclusive Corporate Innovation Project for the Fall 2025-Spring 2026 semesters through their Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, (CIE). HU students are currently designing and developing a proprietary Giving Wellness app where the goal will be to help companies, insurers and individuals create healthier and sustainable habits for their employees as well as for themselves through an 8-week customizable program where daily issues relating to fitness, nutrition, weight management, stress, accountability etc. are addressed in a community-like and friendly, competitive environment.
