An ISSA certified personal trainer, Sabir discovered his passion for fitness at 19 while deployed in Baghdad, Iraq. What began as a personal interest evolved into a career dedicated to understanding effective ways to increase muscle mass and reduce body fat. Sabir's natural ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others fuels his commitment to helping clients reach their health and fitness goals. Beyond fitness, Sabir's love for Krispy Kreme doughnuts and family shines through, adding a personal touch to his approach.
Sabrina felt the profound impact of fitness on her own mental and physical well-being, and it ignited her passion for guiding others. With a hands-on teaching style and a love for strength training, Sabrina endeavors to help individuals unlock their fullest potential. Beyond training, she enjoys exploring new destinations and experimenting with new recipes. Sabrina's motto is, "Let’s make fitness fun," and she eagerly collaborates with others to help them achieve their unique personal goals.
With over 20 years of personal training experience and a background in bodybuilding and physical therapy, Eric Ring brings a unique perspective to fitness. He specializes in proper form, posture, core stability, targeted stretching, and a variety of exercises. When not focusing on fitness, Eric enjoys family time with his wife and three children. His adventurous spirit was evident during his honeymoon in Costa Rica, marked by a daring escape from an earthquake and a hike up a volcano.
Meet Kevin, a fitness trainer for over 13 years certified by AFPA and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coach. Passionate about enhancing people's quality of life, Kevin believes in a balanced fitness plan that aligns with everyday lifestyles. Beyond fitness, Kevin is a musician since his teenage years and an avid handball player. His holistic approach to training reflects his commitment to making fitness purposeful and enjoyable for individuals seeking a balanced and healthy life.
Taylor is a fitness trainer with over seven years of experience and has an associate degree in exercise science from HACC. An ISSA certified personal trainer, Taylor is fueled by a passion for witnessing client transformations, both physically and mentally. He finds joy in observing improved confidence and evolving body language, making the entire experience immensely gratifying. For Taylor, there's no better feeling in the world than facilitating his clients' journey to a healthier and more confident self.
An athlete since childhood, Gretchen learned early on the crucial role of strength training, conditioning, and nutrition in optimal performance. With over 30 years of experience, Gretchen, a coach and mentor, feels blessed to be part of others' journeys to self-improvement. She finds inspiration in the uniqueness of every client, continually learning and growing alongside them. When not at PTC studios, Gretchen can be found on the tennis court, hiking in the woods, or enjoying quality time with nieces and nephews.
Precision Training Concepts welcomes Jon Martin, a certified Titleist Performance Institute instructor with a wealth of golf expertise. Jon assesses swing efficiency and tailors individualized fitness plans to maximize the game. With a professional golf background at esteemed courses like Toftrees and Stone Harbor, Jon brings a unique skill set to our team. When not on the course or in the gym, he dedicates time to family, cheers on Penn State, and explores the U.S.
